MONTRÉAL, May 21, 2025 /CNW/ – The CALQ (Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec), in cooperation with the Caisse Desjardins de la Culture and Le Devoir, invites media representatives to attend its annual ceremony for the Ordre des arts et des lettres du Québec, chaired by Sophie Prégent, at which ten luminaries will receive their insignia.
The insignia award ceremony, hosted by Sophie Fouron, will take place Monday, June 9, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m., at Espace orange in the Wilder Building in Montréal.

The Ordre des arts et des lettres du Québec
An honorary distinction instituted in 2015 to mark the CALQ’s 20th anniversary, the Ordre des arts et des lettres du Québec is awarded to artists, writers, teachers, managers and patrons whose outstanding achievements have helped make the arts and literature thrive in Québec. The honour is symbolized by an insignia designed by jewellery artist Christine Dwane. 167 Québec personalities currently wear the insignia.
